Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold on Vacmove are digital products (e-books, guides, downloadable files). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase and accessing or downloading the digital product, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the product, you may request a cancellation within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at vacmove.info@gmail.com.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged twice for the same product
• The product delivered does not match the description

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase at abroadtayuma@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
